Routine maintenance of the evaporator system

1. The evaporator is cleaned regularly.
The maintenance of the evaporator is usually carried out by means of "washing effect" (also called washing), that is, cleaning the dirt in the evaporation device. Different types of evaporators have different fouling conditions under different operating conditions, so it is necessary to perform regular washing according to production practice and experience. The length of the wash cycle is closely related to production intensity and steam consumption. Therefore, we must pay special attention to the quality of operation and extend the cycle of washing. The washing method is divided into two types: large washing and small washing.
a. Great wash. It is the method of washing out the washing water. Firstly reduce the steam intake, the effect liquid is exhausted, then the condensed water is added to the specified liquid level, and the steam pressure is increased, the water is boiled to dissolve the dirt inside the effect, and the circulation pump is turned on to flush the pipeline, when the washing requirement is reached, Reduce the steam pressure and drain the water. If the scaling is severe, two washes can be performed.
b. Small wash. Small washing is the method of not discharging the washing water. Generally, the upper part of the evaporator heater is easy to scale, and can be washed regularly before the whole scale is formed to remove the local scale layer of the heating chamber, thereby restoring the normal evaporation intensity. The method is to reduce the amount of steam, the feed liquid in the heating chamber and the circulating pipe is exhausted, and then the water in the circulating pipe reaches a certain liquid level, then increase the steam pressure, and resume normal production, so that the washing water is circulated and washed in the effect.
2. The evaporator often observes the operating current and working conditions of each feeding pump, overfeed pump and forced circulation pump.
3. The environment around the evaporator should be kept clean and free of debris. The insulation layer on the outside of the equipment should be intact. If it is damaged, it should be maintained sometimes to reduce heat loss.
4. Strictly implement the large, medium and small repair plans, regularly carry out disassembly inspection and repair, and make records, accumulate data on equipment inspection and repair, in order to enhance technical improvement.
5, evaporator measurement and safety accessories, thermometers, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges and safety, etc. must be regularly verified, the requirements are accurate and reliable, to ensure the correct operation and control of the evaporator and safe operation.
